Diane Wurst is a rising senior at Rowan University.  She is studying for a Civil and Environmental Engineering major with a minor in Mathematics.  Her professional interests are structural engineering with an emphasis on earthquake resistance.

Stephanie Tong is a rising junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She is majoring in Civil Engineering and works under Dr. Bill Spencer in the Smart Structures Technology Laboratory.

Matt Alford is entering his senior year at Lehigh University majoring in Civil Engineering with his interests in structural engineering.  He has worked as an intern at Jacobs Engineering for the past two summers doing highway design.

Shahab Shaolian is a rising senior at California State University at Northridge studying Civil Engineering.  His academic interests include structural engineering, architecture, business and law.  He wants to minor in architecture while pursing his degree along with further study in business and law.

Karen Mendez is also attending California State University at Northridge and is a first year graduate student.  She obtained her BS in Civil Engineering at CSUN and is continuing her study in structural engineering.

Jose Hernandez is a senior at California State Polytechnic University.  He is majoring in Civil Engineering and has interests in structural engineering, particularly in the seismic field.  He has participated in the EERI Seismic Design Competition.
